My Story

Hi! I’m a proud Mom of three wonderful children who encourage me, push me and grow me, each and every day.

I stumbled into the early education industry at a young age and quickly fell in love with it. I started at a Christian facility when I was just 15 years old. Little did I know how that experience would benefit me for the road that I would choose to take as I grew. I never really stopped working in early childhood education however when I became a mom at a young age, I decided to dive in more deeply. I became an early childhood teacher at the age of 18 and became eager to serve the families, kids, and teachers on a larger scale quickly. I became the Curriculum Director of several schools when I was 20. During that time I traveled around to four different schools to help plan, train and implement a more structed curriclum. I loved it! This is when the seed of consulting and coaching was really planted in my life. I was asked to step into an office position to help fill a gap. This was a totally different job than I expected and I loved it in a totally new way than I had loved the curriculum director role. In this office position I was able to build relationships with kids, parents and teachers. It was a true joy. So for the last 9 years I have served in the early childhood industry as an Early Childhood Director.

There are so many different components to this industry; kids, teachers, parents, support staff, curriculum, business, budgets and so much more, and I love every piece of it. My passion is to help owners, directors, and schools to plan, train, grow and implement so they can serve their families in the most effective way possible.
